HomeCare by fit-byte is operated by Rajat Sud, sole proprietor trading as Fit-Byte, India. This page explains how the service handles information for care coordination at home.

Categories of information may include account identifiers (such as email and display name), household and care-membership relationships, care routines and schedule occurrences, clinical observations and measurements entered by authorised users, medication and task records, care notes, device or integration tokens where configured, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

Information is processed to provide care-coordination features, authenticate users, enforce role-based access, support household and care-team collaboration, maintain security and reliability, and respond to support or data-rights requests.

Patients, family admins, caregivers, care providers, and doctor viewers see only what their role and care membership allow. Permissions follow household and care-membership rules. Invites require existing accounts and explicit acceptance.

The public demo (Ramesh Sharma family) uses fictional records for exploration. Do not enter real patient names, phone numbers, diagnoses, or clinical readings in the demo. Demo workspace data may be refreshed on a schedule so the demo stays useful for all visitors. Real accounts are not affected by demo resets.

Within a private household, share care updates with invited members. Prefer structured summaries for clinicians rather than forwarding uncontrolled screenshots of sensitive chats. Avoid sending full medical records, passwords, or identity documents through informal messaging apps.

Authenticated sessions protect patient and household data. Application programming interfaces require login except for explicitly public growth, auth, and health-check routes.

Selected secrets and integration tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM before storage. This does not mean every database field is encrypted, and it is not a certification claim.

Role boundaries and care-membership checks limit what each actor can read or change. In the demo, external notifications (for example Telegram, ntfy, or web push) are suppressed or simulated so no real contact receives alerts. Real accounts follow the notification preferences configured for that account.

HomeCare is currently an ABDM Sandbox applicant. It does not claim ABDM approval, certification, production access or completed external sandbox validation. This page does not claim HIPAA certification, ABDM certification, or a specific hosting-region attestation beyond what the deployed environment independently evidences.

Requests relating to account access, correction, export or deletion may be sent to the operator using the contact details below. Requests will be verified before action is taken. Where automated self-service is unavailable, the operator will process valid requests through the documented support process.

Retention follows operational need: account and care records are kept while the account and care relationships remain active and as required to provide the service, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. No fixed universal deletion period is published here.

homecare by fit-byte supports care coordination and recordkeeping. It does not diagnose conditions or dispatch emergency medical response. Call local emergency services for urgent situations.

You must not enter real patient information into the public demo. You must not attempt to access another household's data without authorisation, disrupt the service, or misuse the platform for unlawful purposes.

Continued use of the service after the last-updated date means you accept these terms as published on this page.
